Stop buying the
same lead as
five other guys.
Up and Up Media builds and runs the marketing under your own account, then books the estimates straight onto your calendar. The leads are exclusive because the account is yours — not rented from a lead seller who sold it four times before you called.
You don't have a lead problem.
You have a shared lead problem.
Lead sellers make money reselling the same homeowner to everyone on the block. Their own ads admit it. Here is what that actually costs you.
Buying shared leads
The $25 lead, sold five times- ✕ The same homeowner is sold to four or five of your competitors
- ✕ By the time you call, someone has undercut you by $500
- ✕ You pay for tire-kickers, wrong areas and dead numbers
- ✕ Every job turns into a price fight you didn't choose
- ✕ You own nothing — stop paying and the flow stops dead
Marketing you own
Exclusive by construction, not by promise- ✓ Everything runs on your account, so the leads only ever reach you
- ✓ Every lead called and texted back within 60 seconds, automatically
- ✓ Filtered by job size — the big work, not the small repairs
- ✓ Booked estimates land on your calendar, not a name in your inbox
- ✓ You keep the account, the audience and the data. Always
Three steps. Then jobs on the calendar.
We call it the Booked Job Engine. It is not complicated — it is just done properly, every day, by someone whose only job is this.
We build it under your name
Set up on your account and your billing. Strategy, creative and targeting built around the work you actually want — the big jobs, in the areas your crews can reach.
Every lead answered in 60 seconds
The homeowner gets a call and a text back automatically, while they are still looking at their phone. You are first. First is who wins the job.
Booked estimates hit your calendar
Qualified on job size and location, then booked. You show up and quote. No chasing, no climbing down off a job to answer the phone.
Built for the jobs
worth having.
Every lead seller treats a small repair and a full replacement as the same thing — one lead, one price. That is why their volume looks good and your month doesn't. We work the other way round.
Job size, set by you
You tell us your minimum. Anything under it never reaches your phone. Fewer leads, bigger tickets, less time quoting work you didn't want.
Your territory, not a radius
Targeted to the areas your crews can actually service profitably. No paying for enquiries two hours outside your range.
Measured in jobs and dollars
Weekly reporting in the only two numbers that matter — how many jobs booked, and what they were worth. Never impressions, never clicks.
Everything, run for you.
One monthly fee. You cover your own ad budget, which goes straight to the platforms — never to us.
Booked jobs, or we work free.
We agree a number on the call, based on your average job value and your close rate — not a number we made up. If we don't hit it in the agreed window, we keep working at no cost until we do. Most agencies bill you for effort. We'd rather be paid for the work that lands on your calendar.
The things everyone asks.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your market and how many jobs you can actually take on, which is what the call is for. What we can tell you now: there's a monthly fee, and your ad budget is paid by you, directly to the platforms. We never touch it.
How is this different from Angi, HomeAdvisor or a lead seller?
They sell one homeowner to several contractors, then you race to call first. We build everything on your own account, so the lead can only ever come to you. Not because we promise exclusivity — because there is nobody else to send it to.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Month to month. The guarantee is what keeps us honest, not a lock-in clause.
What if I'm already booked out?
Then wait, or use us to raise your prices instead of your volume. Filling a calendar you can't service is how contractors get bad reviews. We'd rather tell you to call us in three months.
Which trades do you work with?
Home and outdoor services where the job is worth having: roofing, remodeling, landscaping and hardscaping, fencing, tree service, pool building, flooring, concrete, decks, siding and windows.
Who actually owns the leads and the account?
You do. Set up in your name, on your billing, from day one. If we ever part ways you keep the account, the audience data and every lead in it.
How fast do jobs start coming in?
Campaigns usually go live within a week of getting access. First enquiries typically arrive in the days after launch, and booked estimates follow as the callback system works them.
Ten minutes. Bring your numbers.
Tell us your average job value and roughly how many of ten estimates you win. We'll work out on the call what this is actually worth to you — and if the maths doesn't work, we'll say so.
